
The Board
The Board is a team of 8 individuals responsible for maintaining the ethos of EFPSA, providing foundations for the organisation’s growth and contributing toward the strategic, long term, development of EFPSA in order to meet the needs and interests of European psychology students. The Board oversees the EFPSA Working Community as well as Supporting Community, and supports all teams and activities of the Federation and works on various common projects in order to reach EFPSA’s goals.

The External Relations Office builds and maintains EFPSA’s external connections with international organisations and stakeholders. The team represents EFPSA at conferences and events, establishes collaborations, and works to expand opportunities for Psychology students across Europe. Through its Advocacy Team, the Office also contributes to policy discussions and initiatives that promote the voice of Psychology students at a broader level.

The Social Impact Initiative Team coordinates EFPSA’s social campaigns, which aim to promote psychological awareness and positive change across Europe. Through initiatives such as Mind the Mind, Better Together, (A)live!, Organised Acts of Kindness, and Planet A, the team supports national and local coordinators in implementing workshops and activities that bring psychological knowledge into communities and everyday contexts.

The Training Office supports the personal and professional development of EFPSA’s community through non-formal education. The team prepares active members for their roles, organises training events, and coordinates a network of trainers across Europe. By delivering and facilitating high-quality trainings, the Office helps individuals and teams develop the skills needed to contribute effectively within EFPSA and beyond.

The People & Culture Office works to ensure a supportive and healthy organisational environment within EFPSA. The team supports Coordinators and Board members, facilitates communication within teams, and conducts evaluations to promote continuous improvement. By addressing concerns, recommending trainings, and updating internal roles and policies, the Office helps maintain a positive and inclusive organisational culture.

The Finance Office manages EFPSA’s financial processes and ensures responsible financial administration. The team oversees budgets, tracks income and expenses, manages reimbursements, and maintains financial records. By ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial matters, the Office supports the sustainable implementation of EFPSA’s projects, services, and events.

The Grants Office identifies funding opportunities and coordinates EFPSA’s grant application processes. The team develops application timelines, supports teams in preparing proposals, and maintains records of submitted and awarded grants. The Marketing & Communication Office is responsible for EFPSA’s public communication and digital presence. The team develops communication strategies, manages social media channels, and creates content that highlights the organisation’s projects, services, and initiatives. By translating the work of different teams into engaging and accessible content, the Office helps connect EFPSA with students and partners across Europe.

The Events Office supports the organisation and coordination of EFPSA’s events by ensuring that administrative processes and documentation are up to date. The team provides guidance to Organising Committees, manages internal communication related to events, and ensures that event requirements and procedures are clearly defined and followed.

The Members Office maintains close communication with EFPSA’s Member Organisations and their representatives. The team supports organisations throughout the observer and membership processes, provides guidance on EFPSA’s statutes and procedures, and works to ensure that all Member Organisations remain connected and actively involved in the Federation.

The Research Office coordinates EFPSA’s research-related initiatives, including the Research Summer School and the Research Programme. The team supports research teams throughout their projects, organises webinars on research topics, and collaborates on the EFPSA Research Pulse blog. Through these activities, the Office promotes student involvement in scientific research.

The Journal of European Psychology Students (JEPS) is EFPSA’s scientific journal dedicated to publishing student research. The editorial team coordinates the peer-review process, works with authors and reviewers, and ensures that manuscripts meet academic and publication standards. Through this work, JEPS provides Psychology students with opportunities to disseminate their research.

The Study & Travel Abroad Team supports students interested in international academic and professional opportunities. The team maintains databases on exchanges, internships, and postgraduate programmes, connects students with institutions, and collaborates with partners and Member Organisations to promote mobility and international experience within the field of Psychology.
